FLPC just announced a few days ago an exploration agreement GeoXplor Corp.
President and Chief Executive Officer Glyn R. Garner said, "GeoXplor was the first exploration company to recognize the lithium brine opportunities that existed in the Clayton Valley area and has staked over 200,000 acres of geologically viable ground and has entered into numerous option agreements with other companies."
The north end of Clayton Valley hosts Chemetall Foote Corporation's Silver Peak Mine, the only lithium brine producer in the United States. Mine production comes from a lithium enriched brine located below the surface. This plant has been in production since 1967 and is designed to produce up to 1.2 million kilograms of lithium hydroxide per annum.
FLPC also recently signed a $1 MM equity financing deal with a European Institutional investor. Someone has to believe in FLPC enough to finance them like this!!
