BHWX's own CEO recently purchased 12 million shares from an institutional investor!
BHWX announced last month that it has filed a Super 8K with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosing the single block purchase of 12 million common shares of BHWX.
The common stock was purchased at a 40% premium to current market value from a private institutional investor, by CEO / Director Kevin M. Murphy for his personal account!
What makes BHWX especially attractive is their involvement in lithium.
Lithium is hot and the demand for it could be monstrous as more car manufacturers turn to making electric vehicles.
BHWX CEO Kevin Murphy stated, "As international demand for battery-powered devices and precious metals steadily increases, global demand for our potential Lithium and Gold production has increased significantly. We are eager to begin drilling on both properties and this capital infusion allows us to do so."
- According to the USGS, overall demand for lithium is growing at a rate of 4-5% per year.
- Over 60% of mobile phones and 90% of laptop computers feature Lithium Ion batteries.
- The automotive market alone is projected to reach $337 million in 2012, and $1.6 billion in 2015.
- Demand for lithium destined for battery usage is predicted to grow by 20% per year.
- The worldwide market for rechargeable lithium batteries is estimated to be worth over $6 billion by 2012.
BHWX has a huge advantage that might work considerably in their favor.

BHWX's property is located in close proximity to this production facility and within the same geological setting.
Through their wholly owned subsidiary Blue Lithium Energy, BHWX holds the rights to a 56 claim, 1120 acre property located in Lithium brine rich, Clayton Valley, Nevada.

BHWX's other subsidiary Golden Black Hawk, possesses a 75% interest in the Dun Glen mining property in Pershing County Nevada.

With gold creeping up again, this could give a company like BHWX a significant boost soon.
As the dollar weakens the trend for gold is looking extremely bullish!
Analysts at Commerzbank commented, "Alongside the currently robust jewelry demand from India and the high interest of speculative financial investors, ETF demand could also support the gold price in holding up against the firm U.S. dollar and in advancing toward the $1,200 an ounce mark."
